2. Description of Service
Job Description Generator is an AI-powered tool that generates professional job descriptions for any role. Available at jobdescriptiongenerator.site.
3. Subscription and Payment
Access requires a $9/month subscription billed monthly. Payments processed by Creem.io as Merchant of Record. By subscribing you authorize recurring monthly charges.
4. Cancellation
Cancel anytime from your dashboard. Access continues until end of current billing period. No partial refunds for unused time except as stated in our Refund Policy.
5. Acceptable Use
You may use generated JDs for your own hiring needs. You may not: scrape the service, resell generated content at scale as a competing product, submit illegal or discriminatory job postings, share account access with others.
6. Intellectual Property
You own the job descriptions you generate. We retain rights to the platform, AI models, and underlying technology.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
Service provided as-is. We do not guarantee JDs will be accepted by all ATS systems or result in successful hires.
8. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 30 days. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms with 14 days notice via email. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
