Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with Job Description Generator. If the service does not meet your needs, we will work to make it right.

If you are not satisfied with your first payment and have generated fewer than 5 job descriptions, email us within 7 days of your first charge for a full refund. No questions asked.

After 7 days or after 5 generations, all charges are final. Subscriptions renew monthly — cancel before your renewal date to avoid the next charge.

Email hello@jobdescriptiongenerator.site with subject line "Refund Request" and your account email. We respond within 1 business day and process approved refunds within 5 business days.

Cancelling your subscription stops future charges. You retain access until the end of your current billing period. Cancellation does not trigger a refund for the current period.

If you believe you were charged in error, contact us before initiating a chargeback. We resolve billing disputes directly and quickly.
